The involvement in public service has always appealed to me. I have been very gratified trying cases and representing my clients' interests, but I have always felt that there was something more I could do with my abilities. If I am fortunate enough to be elected to this position, I can combine my interest and skills in public service and the even more noble idea of promoting the rule of law.
A graduate of Indiana University and Valparaiso School of Law, I began my legal career in Anderson in 1988, practicing primarily in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and zoning law.
I have been the town attorney for Pendleton and Edgewood, a deputy prosecutor and I have been appointed Pro-Tem judge on numerous occasions. I have also been an active participant in community and civic organizations. I currently serve as attorney for the Pendleton Fall Creek Park Board and I am a member of the Pendleton Board of Zoning Appeals.
My familly and I live in Pendleton, Indiana where I am an active member of the Pendleton Fire Department as a firefighter and EMT. We attend Madison Park Church of God in Anderson, Indiana.
